Our FDA-inspected facilities are optimized to meet the needs of the oligonucleotide market at every phase, from preclinical to commercial. With two locations staffed by professionals with years of oligo experience, Nitto Avecia has the expertise, capabilities, and scale to exceed your expectations.
Massachusetts location
Our corporate headquarters in Milford, Massachusetts feature state-of-the-art Analytical Development, Process Development, and Quality Control laboratories and an FDA-registered ISO 8 GMP oligonucleotide manufacturing facility. Expansion of our development laboratories and manufacturing facility is underway allowing us to meet growing customer demands.
Ohio location
Our Cincinnati, Ohio location specializes in developing and manufacturing oligonucleotide products, from preclinical through small-quantity commercial production. The site includes facilities for Process and Analytical Development, as well as small-scale cGMP oligonucleotide manufacturing lines, from synthesis to lyophilization, with FDA-registered ISO 8 clean rooms. A Quality Control unit supports in-process, release, validation, and stability testing.
