Our RNAi therapeutics are based on RNA interference, a breakthrough discovery in understanding how genes are regulated naturally within cells. Our medicines use RNAi to ?silence? or turn off specific genes that cause or contribute to disease. We believe our technology can be used to silence virtually any gene in the genome?meaning that the diseases we?re treating today are just the beginning of what?s possible.

OUR PIPELINE
Our robust pipeline of investigational RNAi therapeutics is focused on diseases with high unmet medical need which fall into four main therapeutic areas: genetic medicines, cardio-metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, and central nervous system (CNS) and ocular diseases. We have more than a dozen RNAi therapeutics in clinical development, including multiple in late-stage development.
